EXCHANGE POLICY

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

We are committed to making your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

All sale, discounted, and purchases made with a coupon or gift voucher are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please send it back to us with your order number. After we receive the returned product, we will send you a replacement.

Some items are made to order and are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for such products is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES

What is the Exchange Policy on Peridot & Co?

As a company policy, we do not provide refunds or returns on any product once sold.

Once Peridot & Co pieces are sold, they can be exchanged for a replacement in a bigger or smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). We issue a credit note for our customers only when the desired size of the product is not in stock.

If the product is eligible for a size exchange, you may call our customer care number at '8287615517' or write to us at '[insert email]' strictly within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange.

Please do not forget to take an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching, including their signature and mobile number. Peridot & Co will not be responsible for any lost shipments.

  1. We allow only one size exchange per order; items once sold are not taken back.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail (we do not have a reverse pickup facility), as any returned items that are not received by Peridot & Co will be treated as not returned.

  1. Purchases made during sale are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange.

  2. Products bought at full price are not subject to exchanges during the sale period or on sale prices.

  3. Exchanges can be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  4. Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging, are eligible for exchange.

  5. Please include your name, address, number, email, and order ID on the parcel along with the size needed.

Size exchange is available (in case of a size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size, equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to and fro).

Store credit equaling the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to and fro will be valid for 20 days from the date of receipt of store credit.

The cost of shipping to and fro (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you.

How will I receive the credit for my money when the desired size of the exchange product is not available?

The credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use within 20 days on the Peridot & Co website. Please make sure that you use the credit in one go.

Can I exchange a part of my order?

Yes. You can exchange any products that are eligible for exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that some items are not returnable or exchangeable.

My garment does not fit me. What can I do?

If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request a size exchange with our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will do its best to assist you with any size exchanges subject to availability. If the size you requested is not available, we will offer you the option to receive a credit note to purchase something else.

Why is my exchange not accepted?

We endeavor to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

Exchanges or returns are not accepted if the customer does not like the material or color of the item. We suggest that customers read the product description and review all pictures before ordering. You can also call us for more details about the product if needed.

A 10-12% color difference may occur depending on screen resolution and lighting; please do not expect an exchange or return for this reason.

Exchanges or returns are not accepted if the product has been washed or worn.
